Natural Swimming Pools

Enjoy the Blue Lagoon, a gorgeous blue hole filled with aqua fresh water mixed with seawater is . You can swing off ropes, kayak and picnic here as well. Other Blue Holes to visit are Nanda, Matevulu, Riri - these are on Espiritu Santo which is an island worth visiting - a mere 50 minute flight from the capital of Port Vila.

Waterfalls

Well-known waterfalls include Mele Cascades and Rentapo River Tour but the most spectacular are the tucked-away Lololima Falls. Vanuatu waterfalls are more like natural water adventure parks, with arrays of torrents surrounded by rock pools, caves, springs and waterways.

Cultural Experiences

There are incredible cultural experiences that offer fascinating insights to Vanuatu’s diverse tribes, customs, history and cultural beliefs. The Secret Garden Cultural Centre, the National Museum of Vanuatu, a tour of Chief Roi Mata’s domain are just a few of many things to do on the mainland.

Port Vila Market

Located on the turquoise waterfront of the country's capital city, Port Vila Market is a fantastic place to spend a few hours. The entire open-air market is divided into three parts: produce stands, mini restaurants, and craft stalls.

Snorkeling & Diving

Vanuatu’s archipelago is world renowned for its scuba diving opportunities and some of the country’s most famous dive sites are right on Port Vila’s doorstep. Vanuatu has a number of wrecks including the SS President, Star of Russia and Million Dollar Point.

Mount Yasur

Peering down into the rumbling, exploding lava storm of Mt Yasur is a sight you won't soon forget. The active volcano is so accessible that 4WD vehicles can get to within 150m of the crater rim. It is located on the island of Tanna which is an hour and half flight from Port Vila.
